- Re-brand image to be more appealing, accessible and open
- Expanded Seattle I14 attire and stickers for members (driving more web traffic)
- Get a Bieker 5 and maybe a vintage boat in Seattle Boat Show in January
- Get local PR for leveraging cool boats, 60th anniversary, national champion and Bieker
- Create flyer and/or business card describing Seattle fleet
- Simplify process for fleet integration of new members
- Use John's boat every Thursday for member prospects
- Keep current list of available boats for sale
- Assist in forming boat partnerships
- ‘Sail a skiff' day
- Encourage member participation and ties to organization
- Create distribution list of available crew
- Utilize fleet's trophy collection by adding various recognition
